Balancing Breath

A breath created to help you connect with all parts of your breath.

Step 1: INHALE: from the belly to the chest

Step 2:  EXHALE: from the chest to the belly.

-Notice on your inhale where the breath goes. No judgment.

-Can you follow your breath?

-Repeat for your exhale.

-How long can you follow your breath?

5 balancing breaths

1 min breath of fire

2 min alternate nostril breath
