Don’t be so hard on yourself. Self compassion and forgiveness help cultivate a well balanced state. Part of this cultivation is Saucha. Having pure forgiveness for yourself and others. Will allow your energy to evolve with clear direction and heart center vibrations.

In Yoga we use a unstructured path called the 8 limbs of yoga to guide us towards our higher self. This path is to help and support us on our journey. Each of the 8 points calls us to reflect and act with our highest self. This month we are exploring one of the Niyamas.

A Niyama is something that we can do to help us lay a stronger foundation for our journey. For the month of February we are exploring Saucha. Saucha (purity) : Helps us return to the core of our being.  Tuning in with our inner purity and our true purpose. IN our yoga practice we can practice saucha by creating an intention for our practice, an awareness to clear and purify our thoughts by using breath works, mudra or mantra.

Blessings on your journey

Namaste Yogis,

We are delighted to see the mats filling up at our studio. We believe that yoga has all the tools needed to help you transform and shift into your highest self. Starting with the postures to shift and open the body into alignment, yoga provides a solid foundation to support the body and the mind. At Inner Revolution you will feel the difference in our space. We are a small intimate space and we will be keeping it that way. We believe that in order to help you transform a guide or an instructor needs to be able to do just that, guide you. With a class of 15 students, instructors can always help with modifications or individualized tweeks. This will enable students to learn alignment, breath, and feel supported through their yoga journey.

As we continue to evolve and grow some of our promises are:

  1. Support and service within our community. If you know someone that may need extra support we want to help. Please reach out and let us know what we can do. Our offerings are many, karma classes, fundraisers, lunch & learns, retreats, yoga classes, conferences.
  2. Collaboration and Abundance Our business model aims to help each other succeed. If our instructors and guides are nourished, promoted and mentored to succeed everyone will flourish. We are always looking at new ways to collaborate and exchange if you are in this mind set we what to hear from you.
  3. Alignment with our higher selves Our promise to guide each other within in a safe, loving, compassionate environment free of judgement and negative energy.
  4. Support and Assistance  in your journey. With our yoga assessments and physio-yoga assessments each client has the opportunity to begin with proper postural alignment and modifications which will create a much stronger foundation to build on.
  5. Dharma Token will evolve as a natural currency to give you more value. As you create more dharma you will receive more of what you wish. Thus creating a beautiful dharmic circle where giving and receiving becomes the normal exchange.

If you have any questions or would like to join our tribe please reach out.

Blessings,

Brenna Bellhouse

Saucha is one of the Niyamas on the 8 limbs of yoga. In short the Niyamas are gentle guidelines in which we build self discipline. Saucha refers to the cleanliness and purity. When we begin to clean out what is on the inside each petal of the lotus begins to open a bit more.

Tips to bringing in more Saucha into your life:

1. Walk in the woods
2. Coconut pulling
3. Daily Neti Pot
4. Practice an intention to live your highest self
5. A Yoga Practice
