In my new self study I am exploring the native sacred teachings. Each day I explore different words and tools our ancestors have used and developed over time. The native teaching all derive from our mother earth, grandfather sun, and grand mother moon.  We look to nature as our healing guide. We ask, listen and learn from every living thing on this earth.

Kokopelli is a fertility deity, usually depicted as a humpbacked flute player (often with feathers or antenna-like protrusions on his head), who has been venerated by some Native American cultures in the Southwestern United States. Like most fertility deities, Kokopelli presides over both childbirth and agriculture.

This teaching represents our planting seeds of the future. In order for these seeds to grow we need to help lay a fertile ground for them to grow. Trust our talents to create new opportunity to grow.

When we learn to trust our gut, inner guide, intuition, soul whatever you want to call it we are delivered through our first rite of passage. Once we learn to access the power of our inner guide we begin to create experiences in our life that feel good. Experiences that aline with our higher self, our truth.

Calling for our healing powers from deep within. Calling on our spirit to take the drivers seat and trust that this driver will deliver us to where we need to be.

The more we practice this rite of passage the more ease we find.

Opening to the channel of light

In this year we are about to embark on a light journey. All lightworkers will be holding more light so that others may shift and join the light journey.

What is a lightworker?

A light worker is a person who works with light energy. This person holds space, guides classes or workshops and moves more light into the space they are in. There are many types of lightworkers.

The 11 Types of Lightworkers

  • Gridworkers and Gatekeepers. These are Lightworkers who are working with the grids on Gaia.
  • Divine Lightkeepers. These are Lightworkers whose core mission (or a huge part of their mission) is to embody the light.
  • Transmuters.
  • Healers. …
  • Seers, Psychics, Clairvoyants.
  • Divine Blueprint Holders.
  • Dreamers.
  • Messengers

Finding your soul is quite a pursuit. Recently in my self discovery it has been brought to my awareness that my heart is full but my soul is a bit lost or in transition. My quest for my highest self leaves me feeling empty. Our soul rests in the pit of our stomach or our gut. This gut or pit also can be referred to as our intuition. Which makes sense if you think about it. Our soul guides our energy our intuition. When we practice techniques of stillness and slow down we really have a chance to connect with what is happening in our energy.

How can we begin to develop our soul? This has now become my quest. Not for spirituality and answers but to develop my soul. In order to develop our soul we must first feel what our soul needs. Understand how it wants to be nourished. We must understand the language of our own soul.

Here are some steps that are helping guide me:

Be Present– The more present we become the more aware of our soul we are.

Listen to the signs– Signs from our soul can come from anything and anywhere. When we are present and open we will begin to see and hear the signs of our soul.

Find your truth- Speak only to what serves you.

Shed the old and make room for the new. See the light and bask in its transformative power🙏🏽 Find the devotion to collaborate and love. Do not judge but accept others for who they are. When we send love the ability to shift the energy where ever you are becomes powerful. It creates a strong field of protection and healing. Practice gratitude daily to build your foundation. Then take a trip to open and illuminate your heart. Find your light.

Over the past few years we have worked deeply on finding our truth and healing trauma in our body, mind and spirit. We have had the chance to participate in a active meditation via breathwork. This experience has helped us move through deep energetic patterns and blocks we hold in our energy. When we are open to this breathwork and allow our body to move through the coma, the energetic releases, the tension our body may create. We may find laughter or deep deep sadness and crying. We may see and feel things we have never felt before. Allowing this group healing to support each other and trust the release of what you are given.

These new methods of healing are breaking through our comfort zone. We begin to open channels and feel the deep pain we have buried inside.

In a small group the sacred space is open. The facilitator guides and opens the channels between the solar plexus and the heart. Using the solar plexus to open and expand our heart. Healing deep deep layers of energy.

Quotes from Breathwork Healing Circle:

“My experience in a breathwork circle was unlike any other. I showed up open to receive whatever it was I was meant to receive in that space. My body did the rest of the work”.

“I tapped into deep layers of my energy through my breath”.

“I let go of deep trauma I had not use for anymore”.

“I was reborn. Shedding the old scare tissue of the person I used to be”.

Where ever you are today take a step back and reflect on where you have been. See the steps in your awareness you have taken to be where you are right now. Do not judge or shame this reflection but send it love and compassion. Your reflection has no shadow only a mirror. When you look at yourself what do you see? Notice what comes to mind. Notice what comes to body. Notice what comes to spirit. Create love and self compassion for what you see and what you struggle with. Learn to ground your body to the earth and connect to the path of least resistance.  Find time daily to keep being present and awaken to the next dimension.

Feel the air, listen to the sea embrace the present moment. Find love in your heart. Collaboration in your soul. Whisper your story of truth. As you deepen your practice in yoga you begin to feel your truth grow stronger and stronger. Our patterns and shadows begin to open for us to see the light. We feel the dark to navigate deeper and deeper into our truth. We explore sound healing and vibration work. We heal from breathwork and meditation techniques. We tell our story of who we are not other peoples stories of who we think we are. We tell our truth. Then and only then can we activate our highest powers. All this information is coming through in a deep way. We are being asked in this lifetime to awake to our highest power. To awake to our truth and unity field. To heal and rebirth into the 5th dimension.

The Fifth Dimension has been described as the dimension of Love, of living totally from the Heart. In order to enter into the Fifth Dimension and stay there, all mental and emotional baggage must be left at the door.

Feeling the long days and lack of sunlight. I needed this one today…The past few days have been a little rough. Managing a business, being a mother and a wife. I am beginning to feel the pressure. One of the things I am really good at is choosing positive thoughts. I have trained myself through practice to turn my suffering into deep learning, self compassion and love for the healing energy that we create when we give ourself the time to be open to what happens. To trust the universe and the path we are on.

We all suffer and feel pressure. The difference between many awaken souls are how we choice to look at our suffering. We can come from a place of love and self compassion or push back with resistance and try to control and force outcomes. When we can begin to feel the trust of the work we have put in we can let go of the outcome. Watch how effortless it becomes to surrender and notice what you need. Listen deeply to your body, mind and soul.

Intention setting is a great way to help you practice being in the moment. Setting an intention to where you want your energy to be directed allows for you to always come back to this intention. This energy that you are creating. Coming back to intention is a tool to help us move out blocked energy in our channels. When we are intentional we are doing things in that vibration. Vibrations create change. Intentions then intern create a change in our energy. If our intentions are to move our energy in a positive direction then our vibrations become very high vibrational. We tune in. Once we tune our vibrations to the frequency of LOVE we heal. We heal ourselves and we heal other because all we do is be and send love.

Resolution is all about dedication which is theory is great but without much reflection or thought can create a lot of damage. The process of setting a firm determined action when we are not really sure how we feel about it can cause a lot of damage when we do not follow through. Thus the self destructive patterns begin all over again and there has been no transformation. The vibration of resolution is very low vibrational meaning with out feeling. Resolution is the noun form of the verb resolve, which comes from Latin resolve, “to loosen, undo, settle. To settle is to make a conscious choice not to move forward. When we speak to ourselves it is important to know the underlying feelings, meanings and vibrations of the words we use.

Do you set an intention or a resolution?
