In our last post we gave a definition of what mantra is. Mantra is a powerful tool to help release blocks that we have. The first thing is to choose a mantra that works for you. If you feel resistance with the word or phrase you set then change it. If you push into resistance you will be met with more resistance. Try writing a few out and then saying them out loud and to yourself. See how the belly feels. Trust your gut.
Steps for a Mantra Practice:
- Set aside a time every day to repeat your mantra
- Write out your mantra and put it somewhere you will see it every day
- Set aside a time frame to use your mantra for example I like to use a mantra every season. It helps me set my intention for the transition time of the seasons.
