Classic body systems include the nervous/enteric system, the circulatory system, the immune/lymphatic, digestive system, skeletal system, respiratory system, integumentary, endocrine, urinary/renal, and reproductive systems. Each of these systems is a channel for energy communication.

As healers we need to learn to work with the ferromagnetic field. Learning to align our domains (portals of energy) with the external field so that we can bring in more light to heal. To tap into each of these regions in our own field of energy and tune them into alignment.

How do we do that?

  1. Learn to be so present you can feel and hear your own heartbeat
  2. Practice feeling the energy in your hands and in your surroundings
  3. Mediation daily to clear the fields in your brain
  4. Connecting with nature daily to see, feel and hear the vibrations in nature
  5. Work with other healers to bring the body, mind & soul into allignment
  6. Practice a spiritual movement like yoga

Ferromagnetic means(of a body or substance) having a high susceptibility to magnetization, the strength of which depends on that of the applied magnetizing field, and which may persist after removal of the applied field. This relates to how we can bring or magnetize things into our energetic field. When we can learn to feel and adjust to this field in our own bodies we begin to understand the power of our own energy. In order to work with this field in our own bodies we first need to develop a real sense of self awareness and the ability to be present. If we are unable to control our own mind then we will not be able to control our ferromagnetic field.

Observe in Figure one A. This is our field when we are not magnetized. Our field is moving in all directions being affected by things around and inside of us. Figure one B. Shows that once the field is magnetized all the domains move in the same direction. Imagine if you were able to control this field in your own body. Magnetizing a direction to move in brining things to you that you think of like wealth, love, peace, happiness.

The benefits of brining in more light can range from a healing level to just a better mood. Here are a few easy ways to bring more light into your life.

I can’t take a deep breath. The buzz in my veins and arteries feels over sensitized.  Every inhale the fear of the unknown tries escape through my exhale but it cannot. I try to take another deep breath. It is shallow and forced. My body gasps for air and responds by yawning. It doesn’t work. This is anxiety. Eventually, I get a full breath into my lungs. My body releases. My tools have worked. My body begins to self regulate.

I wrote this post to show that these ancient practices such as yoga can help us self regulate. We do not always need to turn to a pill. There are other ways to help and heal at the same time.

  2. Are you living that now?
  3. If not how would you change it?
  4. Create a clear picture of how you want your life to be. Focus on that everyday and start making those changes.

Breath of Fire

**Note do not do this breath on your period or if you start to feel dizzy. Never ever force your breath. If you feel panicked or dizzy, STOP and breath evenly through both nostrils.

Breath of fire is a type of pranayama used in yoga. The purpose is to increase prana (energy) in the body as well as purify the body and energy.

In breath of fire, the rate of respiration is increased to roughly 100 to 120 breaths per minute, but these are not short, shallow breaths. Instead, the inhalations and exhalations are deep and of equal length.

To begin, take an easy seated position. After a few minutes, the body and breath will settle into a naturally relaxed state. This is known as quiet breathing. To begin fast breathing, the speed of quiet breathing is increased by deeply inhaling and exhaling fully through the nose. During the inhale, the diaphragm is pushed out and pulled during the exhale. Fast breathing requires quick movements of the diaphragm which is controlled by the abdominal and chest muscles. 

3 rounds of 60 pulses. Then when finished the 60th pulse retain the breath for 60 seconds in a relax state. If you can not be in a relaxed state you should not do this breath. CAUTION forcing the breath will cause damage to the energetic body!

Mental Alternate Nostril Breath

Nadi shodhana  or Alternate Nostril breathing helps balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain. 

This breath requires you to direct your focus and awareness mentally through each nostril. We start on the left side and imagine breathing in through only the left nostril up to the 3rd eye. Then from the 3rd eye out of the right nostril only. Then in the right nostril to the third eye and out from the 3rd eye through the left nostril. This is one round. We repeat 4 rounds then 1 breath through both nostrils. Then repeat 4 more rounds and then end breathing through both nostrils.

When you feel a strong reaction towards someone or something you may want to take a deeper look into this reaction. When people bring out very emotional states it is often what we see in ourselves. Look at these states as a mirror to do deeper work on yourself.
