Healing is a process of bringing our body, mind and soul back in balance. When all systems are running optimally we are well. When one of our systems is out of balance for a long period of time we become ill. Yoga is a deeply healing practice. Yoga means to unite bring back and connect the body, mind and spirit. Yoga teaches us how to let go of tension and relax our system. Yoga uses postures, breath, meditation, mindfulness and other limbs to help balance and create wellness in our whole system. This balance enhances how our energy moves through our bodies and helps stimulate our own innate healing.
