A good seat is a start of a good practice. When we can sit with open hips and a strong core we can access more energy from our mediation. Here are some key pointers when finding your seat.
1. Be comfortable and alert: If you are to comfortable there is a chance you will fall asleep. If you are in pain you will not be able to find ease in the mind.
2. Lift your heart up
3. Tuck your chin in
4. Lift from the crown of the head
5. Soften the backs of the eyelids
