Meditation on Love Light & Trust

In a comfortable seated position set your insight timer or timer with 3 bells 10 min apart. Each mantra will be used for 10 min. Begin with tuning in and scanning your body and breath to help yourself relax into a state of ease. Then starting with the word LOVE, repeat this word over to yourself for 10 min. Notice what happens when you repeat this word, thoughts, sensations, feelings. Once your timer goes off for 10 min move to the next word LIGHT. Then TRUST. After the 30 min give yourself a few minutes to just connect back to your body and breath.
