Resiliency is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. The more we look at our situations as learning tools the more resilience we can cultivate. The more we practice these tools the more we can bounce back.
Ride the Wave
Ride the Wave: it is an emotion, you do not need to block or push it away, you need to be aware of it, it may be uncomfortable or upsetting, just let it be. Just like a wave, let it come and let it go.
Grounding (in bare feet)
Feel your feet firmly on the ground. Feel gravity. Feel the pressure of your body on what is supporting it. Feel the texture of objects with your fingers.
