Using Mantra

Mantra can be a great way to keep you on track of your goals or intentions. Mantras are words we use to help the body and brain connect to a vibration. Traditionally mantras were melodic phrases with spiritual interpretations such as a human longing for truth, reality, light, immortality, peace, love, knowledge, and action. Now days mantras can be a more informal way to bring your intentions into a deeper meaning.

This is a mantra I use a lot in my life and in some of the classes I guide. It helps us tune into the present flow of life and surrender to love.

I release control and surrender to the flow of love that surrounds me.
