Karma Essential Yoga with Gong Meditation

Taught by certified Cancer Coach, Yoga Instructor and Holistic Nutritionist Lynne Jenkins.

This class is intended to be healing for cancer patients and survivors. We will be diffusing doTERRA Essential Oils and applying them for meditation and relaxation.

We will start with breathing exercises, followed by gentle yoga postures, leading us into a meditation. The gong will be played during relaxation. The vibrations from the gong are known to encourage healing.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a glass or stainless steel water bottle. Blankets and bolsters will be provided, however if prefer to bring your own, please feel free.

Inspired by Travis Elliot, we have combined an even dosage of strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, stamina and restoration into 3 unique Yoga Cross Train formulas.

Monday 6-7am – Yoga Cross Train 1
Wednesday 6-7am – Yoga Cross Train 2
Friday 6-7am – Yoga Cross Train 3

Open to all levels and guaranteed to take your Yoga to an entirely new level.

Freshill Juice cleanse is optional
We will be participating in the juice cleanse during our second week of the session.

Yinward Journey

Winter is a time to slow down, to hibernate and to nourish our bodies and mind as much as possible with the intention of finding and maintaining balance. In Chinese Medicine, it is believed that the kidneys and bladder are the foundation of balance for all the organs of the body. They are the storehouse of vital energy and need to remain in balance for all other organs to function properly. During the winter months, these organs need extra nourishment as we shift from “doing mode” to “hibernating mode”. Yin Yoga stimulates the energetic pathways known as “Meridians” and brings balance back in those organs.
Join Kymberli Roberts in this 2 hour Yinward Journey into the body, beyond the physical sensations and into the more subtle energetic body where healing truly happens. Please dress warmly and in layers as the body can shift into cooler sensations as we practice. Bring water and a journal if you desire. A handout of specific Yin Yoga poses will be provided.
